Who we are
Syatek provides technology services for businesses (consulting, IT support, infrastructure, software development and automation) and builds software products for businesses. It operates from Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Contact: [email protected].
Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to the use of the syatek.com website, Syatek's services and the Syatek WhatsApp platform, which Syatek products use to send and receive messages. By using them you accept these terms. Each Syatek product (for example PuroBarber, AgendaMaestra, ComandaMaestra, ComercioSimple or RentaPrenda) may have its own terms; where they cover a topic, they prevail for that product. Services contracted through a proposal or contract are also governed by that document.
Using WhatsApp Business through Syatek
- Each business connects its own WhatsApp Business account and phone number. Syatek is its technology provider, not the account owner.
- The business must accept and comply with Meta's and WhatsApp's business terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
- The business may only message people who have given consent to receive WhatsApp messages from it, and must honor requests to stop.
- Meta bills the business directly for the messages it sends, according to Meta's own pricing.
- Syatek may pause a business's messaging if it detects misuse, if Meta requires it or if it puts the platform at risk. Syatek is not responsible for blocks, limits or quality ratings Meta applies because of how the business uses its number.
- The business is responsible for its customers' data; Syatek processes it on the business's behalf, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website, services or platform for illegal activities, unsolicited messages (spam), fraud or impersonation, content that infringes third-party rights, malware, unauthorized access attempts, load testing without permission, or to copy or decompile Syatek software.
Accounts and security
If you have an account in a Syatek service or product, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for activity under them. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
Syatek's software, website, trademarks and content belong to Syatek or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights in them to you. Information you upload or that your customers send you remains yours.
Availability
We work to keep the services available continuously, but they may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or causes outside Syatek's control, including those of providers such as Meta or infrastructure services. We may change, improve or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice when a change affects you.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is, without warranties other than those set out in a signed contract. Syatek's liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Syatek for the service concerned in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. Syatek may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms or Meta's policies, or when the law or an authority requires it. When you leave, you can request deletion of your data as explained in Data Deletion.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with its date; if a change is significant, we will notify you through the contact details we have.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Ensenada, Baja California, without prejudice to the authority of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) where applicable.
